Les Frigos are a site of creation and production in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, located on rue des Frigos in the district Paris Left Bank, between the National Library of France opened to the public December 20, 1996, and the University Denis Diderot, located since January 2007 in the old Grands Moulins de Paris.
Cold storage rail, built in the 1920s, become brownfield from the 1970s, the building later occupied in the 1980s by new entrants artists and craftsmen, attracted by the quality of its volumes and its thermal insulation and soundproofing.
